Description of the seminars
Sesha currently teaches various types of seminars and occasionally a conference, all of which refer exclusively to meditation from the perspective of Vedanta Advaita:
Sesha’s seminars are alive, new ones are born at every moment and are developed depending on the attendees and the peculiarity of the meeting. That is why there are never two equal seminars. However, we give some fundamental guidelines that, more or less, are usually met. Those interested can read them by clicking on each of them.
