Bhagavad Gita Seminars

This text, which forms part of the epic work of Mahabharata, is considered to be one of the highest peaks in Vedanta tradition, if not the highest, and it is especially recognised for the detailed presentation of its teachings. It is an exquisite work of poetry, being at the same time an extraordinary compendium of timeless wisdom, both theoretical and practical.  Its teachings are spread over eighteen chapters which are given the name of stanzas.

At the request of his students, Sesha has agreed to give a course especially dedicated to the explication of the Bhagavad Gita along with its transcendental teachings.  Here we are dealing with an unrepeatable course, in which Sesha on each occasion treats a different chapter or stanza. By this token, what started off as being a minority course, only given to few students, has nowadays transformed into a course of high attendance.

Additional information

The aim of attending this course is to collectively journey along the paths of Knowledge, Devotion and Action, as the chapters unfold the details of Gnana yoga, Bhakti yoga or Karma yoga.

This is an itinerary course (each residential takes place at a different location) given on Thursday and Friday evenings, and Saturday and Sunday mornings. Participants who wish to stay over, whether on full or half board, are able to devote their free time to meditation or walks in the beautiful surroundings at each place where the course is being held.
